Really great service. I felt at ease when I walked in and had all the answers I needed by the time I walked out.
I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THE LOVE AND CARING FROM THE DR ASSISTANCE AND DR LAWRENCE BUCHHOLZ. HAD BEAUTIFIL MANNER EXPLAINE IN DETAILED ABOUT MY MALTESE AN WHAT AS GOING ON. ALSO THE MEDICATIONS AND OBTIONS. WAS VERY PLEASE 100% WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND ANIMAL CLINIC & HOSPITAL. THANK YOU
updating to 5 stars: recently re visited and it is no longer difficult to get an appointment. Staff is new and great. (Old- It’s very difficult to get an appointment. Per my experience with them last month it took me 3 weeks to get an appointment to get my dog neutered. They also do not accept Friends of Animals vouchers here, even though they are listed on the FOA website. Then, To get my dogs sutures removed after the surgery I had to wait more than the maximum of 14 days to have the sutures removed because again, they had no appointments available. The receptionists I spoke to are not so friendly. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because the doctors are nice and courteous when speaking to them.)
It's always a pleasant experience when we go to this clinic. They have good receptionists, awesome staff/assistants, and great doctors. Although my pets are skittish when it comes to the vet, they handle them professionally and kindly. Hope this great service continues for every dog owner/dog on their client list.
I took my mewmew for first time for examination and his first shot. Not knowing if my cat would allow them to work with him but it went very well. Caring hand carefully handling him made him reassured and it was a great first time experience for us both. Would highly recommend you bring your pets there for his or her visit. Very professional and caring people.💕
It was my first time here and they treated me as if I was a long time customer,. They treated the cat with such care and compassion.
